[Manual] How to fix location errors on iSharing?

 

When using iSharing, there are times that your exact location doesn’t show. 

Normally until new location’s updated, it might take more than 10 mins, depending on your internet and GPS connection.

if you can’t still share your exact location with your friends, the below method can be used.

iPhone,

Settings > Privacy > Location Services > iSharing ‘ON’

 

Android phone, 

Settings > Location services > Check both of boxes (Use GPS Satellites and Google location services (or Network location services)

 

Lastly, check whether ‘background mode’ is on in settings of iSharing.

 

+! A note for current Android users, 

Exact locations might not be found with certain devices based on Jelly bean 4.1 version or above. Once it happens, reboot your smart phone.
